Fast and user friendly

Right now I'm trying to fight an old debt and hopefully this will solve a ongoing issue

Pros

It took absolutely no time to ask the right questions and find the right forms. Everything was one click away and all you had to do was read the paperwork to fill in the corresponding information needed

Cons

I wish it would submit directly to the courts instead of having to mail all the paperwork out but otherwise that's not a true inconvenience

Easy option for inexperienced customers.

I was able to file my court response for a debt collection lawsuit easily using SoloSuit. I have no experience with the legal system, so this really took a huge weight off my shoulders! I appreciate that they filed the documents for me as well. It was as easy as 1-2-3 once I decided what service to use for my particular situation. This is a must for anyone who doesn't know how to navigate the legal process.

Pros

Cons

Difficult to call someone directly for customer service, however speedy response via email.

Worth every penny!

I was being sued by a credit card company for some charges I felt should have been written off. I had experienced a medical situation that left me unable to walk, talk, feed myself or be able to do anything at all for myself independently. Unfortunately, I had just opened a credit card and had used it to pay a bill that week before I had gotten ill. I had a family member get a hold of the credit card company to let them know what was going on and that I would not be able to pay the bill anytime soon due to being out of work and disabled for an unknown amount of time. Unfortunately, that credit card company would not work with me and continued to charge me very high interest and penalties for over a year and a half got not making payments on that initial charge. Recently, they filed a lawsuit against me for the full amount owed including the additional interest and penalties that had accrued during the past year and a half and refused to work with me to minimize the debt or eliminate it altogether. Obviously, I have no funds available to either pay for an attorney to represent me nor to pay off the debt. So I started researching online for options and found Solosuit and I'm so glad I did! Through their program, I was able to respond to the suit as well file a motion to compel arbitration which in turn resulted in the case being dismissed without prejudice in my favor!! I couldn't believe the court system has finally worked for this underdog!! I can't say enough good things about Solosuit! The whole process was so easy and seamless and only cost me $29!!!! If you are being sued and you don't have the extra funds for an attorney, run don't walk to solo suit-you will not be disappointed!!

A lot of hopes and dreams to fulfill, not sure of the success rate this early in my endeavors

It's hard to say at my current stage in the process, but I think they do have substantially correct knowledge of the legal system and do their best to allow cotizens to afford self representation without self destruction in the court room.

Pros

It's a great start to fairly assisting self represented litigants in the judicial system

Cons

No promises, can be expensive for some packages without guarantee
