I was able to file my court response for a debt collection lawsuit easily using SoloSuit. I have no experience with the legal system, so this really took a huge weight off my shoulders! I appreciate that they filed the documents for me as well. It was as easy as 1-2-3 once I decided what service to use for my particular situation. This is a must for anyone who doesn't know how to navigate the legal process.

Worth every penny!

I was being sued by a credit card company for some charges I felt should have been written off. I had experienced a medical situation that left me unable to walk, talk, feed myself or be able to do anything at all for myself independently. Unfortunately, I had just opened a credit card and had used it to pay a bill that week before I had gotten ill. I had a family member get a hold of the credit card company to let them know what was going on and that I would not be able to pay the bill anytime soon due to being out of work and disabled for an unknown amount of time. Unfortunately, that credit card company would not work with me and continued to charge me very high interest and penalties for over a year and a half got not making payments on that initial charge. Recently, they filed a lawsuit against me for the full amount owed including the additional interest and penalties that had accrued during the past year and a half and refused to work with me to minimize the debt or eliminate it altogether. Obviously, I have no funds available to either pay for an attorney to represent me nor to pay off the debt. So I started researching online for options and found Solosuit and I'm so glad I did! Through their program, I was able to respond to the suit as well file a motion to compel arbitration which in turn resulted in the case being dismissed without prejudice in my favor!! I couldn't believe the court system has finally worked for this underdog!! I can't say enough good things about Solosuit! The whole process was so easy and seamless and only cost me $29!!!! If you are being sued and you don't have the extra funds for an attorney, run don't walk to solo suit-you will not be disappointed!!

A lot of hopes and dreams to fulfill, not sure of the success rate this early in my endeavors

It's hard to say at my current stage in the process, but I think they do have substantially correct knowledge of the legal system and do their best to allow cotizens to afford self representation without self destruction in the court room.

Easy process and saved me money

During the pandemic I was a business owner and my business failed. It came down to making my credit card payments or payment for my house. Obviously, I chose our house payments. By the time I got a new job and could afford credit card payments the credit card companies weren’t willing to work with me and all wanted insane monthly amounts I couldn’t afford. Flash forward to months later, and I was sued for credit card debt by 2 different companies. For my first lawsuit I got the premium package from Solo Suit and honestly the package was invaluable for me. I felt paralyzed from fear for the steps I had to take by myself, and Solo Suit came up with the the PDF response, had an attorney review it, and filed it with the court for me. It made the process so much easier and took so much stress off my plate. Easy to use, tons of information to assist with debt lawsuits

Made it possible for me to produce a polished legal document without having to hire an attorney for a nusciance debt collector suing me in small claims court. Did a lot to alleviate my anxiety over the issue with their library of resources and explainers. Very professional and easy to use.
