Nice product, but poor business practices
When I informed Hona that I no longer had a use for their product, and that it wasn't quite how they described it, they told me that I would not get my money back because the "contract" I signed was for 1-year. I don't remember signing any contract and when I looked, they confirmed they were referring to the QUOTE that I signed and interpreting that as a contract. That's new to me, but it's also $2700. They know they're not getting sued for it. I never went live with Hona, they are out nothing (because they also charged me a $200 set up fee and I said I agree that was earned for turning on access to the account), the true function of Hona was not exactly how it was played up, and I no longer had a need for their service. It would cost them absolutely nothing to issue a refund. Had they done so, I would have recommended their product to others as it probably is a pretty cool solution. But now, I still say it's probably a pretty cool solution, but don't trust the people that run the company. Find another company that offers the same thing.

The automated update feature, I thought, was going to be really nice. I never went live, so I don't know what actual functionality it has.

Not Impressed.
Had high hopes, but as soon as I signed the contract, they ghosted me. Provided nothing of value.

Pros
The concept is really incredible! It really increases and improves communication with customers so they are clearer at the stage of process their file is at.
Cons
It is a tad user-heavy in terms of building and implementing the milestones.
