IFTI OS Overview
Description
IFTI is an AI operating system for small law firms. It is built for independent and high-street practices in England and Wales of roughly two to fifty fee earners — firms with no IT department and no operations team. IFTI answers and qualifies client enquiries around the clock, then runs the administrative and compliance work that follows: conflict checks, identity and anti-money-laundering checks, source of funds, engagement letters, document collection, matter opening and billing. Its design principle is that regulatory limits are architectural rather than instructional. The action that sends an engagement letter does not exist until a named fee earner approves it. A politically exposed person or sanctions flag routes to the firm's authorised MLRO, and there is no auto-clear path in the code. Every action writes to an append-only audit trail that nobody, including IFTI, can edit. Bootstrapped, London. Currently in pilot with independent SRA-regulated firms.Features
