Description
Occlira strips personal data out of files before they leave a lawyer's control. Detection and redaction run entirely on the user's own Windows or Mac computer: no upload, no account, no new sub-processor on a privileged document. Anonymization is reversible: identifiers become consistent placeholders, so the document still makes sense to an AI assistant, and the real values are restored locally in the answer. Where data must be destroyed instead, true PDF redaction deletes the underlying text and metadata rather than covering it. One licence covers documents, spreadsheets and email (DOCX, PDF including scans, XLSX, EML, CSV), recordings (transcribed locally, speakers separated, spoken data bleeped) and photographs (face blurring, GPS and EXIF removal). A Word add-in, a browser extension for AI chats and a Claude Desktop connector fit existing workflows.
