Description
KeptPDF is a browser-based PDF suite built for files you cannot afford to leak: client records, discovery productions, medical charts. Auto-detect finds names, SSNs and account numbers, and redaction removes the text under each box, so nothing survives copy-paste. Processing happens on your machine and the document is never uploaded, which you can prove: turn on Airplane Mode and the tools keep working. Includes Bates numbering with .DAT and .OPT load files, exhibit stamps, compare, OCR for scans, and an anonymize tool that swaps names for placeholders before a file goes to ChatGPT or Copilot. Free tier, no account. Pro adds an itemized SHA-256 redaction certificate and unlimited bulk runs; Practice shares redaction lists across a firm.
