LEX Reception is Like an Extension of Our Firm
Our experience with LEX Reception has been exceptional since day one. We are extremely happy with them and continue to trust them to answer our calls with courtesy, compassion, and kindness.
Pros
LEX Reception provides 24/7 virtual receptionist services at an affordable price. What we like best about LEX Reception is the way in which all of our calls are handled, as if we were handling them ourselves. With each message that LEX Reception takes, they ask whether they "delivered happiness" as a measure of message quality. In the extremely rare chance that LEX Reception does not "deliver happiness," then the call/message are promptly reviewed for quality control.
Cons
LEX Reception offers web chat agent services as well, but does not price their chat agent services in a way similar to other businesses.
