Description
Intake and drafting are the two most time-consuming non-legal tasks in an estate planning practice. Estate Engine closes the gap between them for solo attorneys and small firms in the United States. The attorney sends the client a link to a plain-language intake questionnaire, branded with the firm's logo, font and colors. Dynamic logic means clients see only the questions that apply to them. Attorneys can send one-click reminders, or complete the intake with the client in the office or by phone. When the intake is done, Estate Engine drafts the complete plan and delivers it as a single .docx file to review, update and print. Estate Engine does not use generative AI to draft. Drafting is rules-based and deterministic: the same intake and the same template produce the same document every time. Attorneys review the client's details, not every line.
