Comprehensive CRM for client intake processes
I've been using it for about 2 1/2 years now and have no reason to consider any other options.
Pros
I like that it is so easy to send out emails to my list. Secondly, it is easy to build out automations for following up with leads.
Cons
I'm not sure how they would fix this, but over time there are a lot of emails in the system and it can be challenging to find specific emails that go into various automations.

Great client management system for law firms

Lots of features built just for law firms
Cons
Occassionally have glitches in the system as new features are rolled out.
