Description
JusticeServer is a case management system and optional pro bono portal. It uses the power of Salesforce as its underlying database and was configured under the direction of nonprofit legal service providers. When nonprofits select JusticeServer, they are contributing to a community effort to enhance legal service delivery and data collection. Besides offering standard case management features like client intake, conflict checks, timekeeping, etc., JusticeServer is also highly customizable. It can be configured to match your organization's workflow. That makes it an especially good fit for collaboratives that wish to share information amongst separate organizations. The optional pro bono portal can be added on to the case management or hosted as its own product. It allows volunteer attorneys to highlight interest in a case posted by the legal service organization and it automates communication between the host organization and the volunteer attorney as they work the case.Features
